Scrum Master: Focus:Team-level guidance, facilitating Scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives), removing impediments, and promoting self-organization.
Responsibilities:Guiding the team in using Scrum effectively. Facilitating team meetings and ceremonies. Identifying and removing impediments to the teams progress. Coaching the team towards self-management and continuous improvement. Protecting the team from distractions and interruptions. Helping the team understand and adhere to Scrum values and principles.
Agile Coach: Focus:Organization-wide adoption of Agile, coaching teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of agility, and driving organizational change. Responsibilities:Helping teams and individuals understand and adopt Agile principles and practices. Facilitating the implementation of Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across the organization. Coaching teams and individuals on Agile mindset and behaviors. Mentoring and training individuals to become Agile practitioners. Helping the organization adapt to change and embrace new ways of working. Identifying and removing organizational impediments to agility.
