Stable Hollow Construction is seeking a full-time, experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of timber framing and historic restoration projects. This role involves simultaneously coordinating employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while ensuring projects meet company safety policy, quality expectations, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects ranging from smaller jobs to larger contracts up to $2 million. What You'll Do As Project Manager: Oversee , develop, and manage all phases of restoration construction Work
independently and exercise discretion in day-to-day activities under the direction of the Director of Operations Identify
issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions Understand
the company's capabilities, capacity, and limitations, and schedule accordingly Maintain
contact with customer during the pre-construction and construction phases of project Create and maintain
strong positive relationships with clients, vendors, and employees Participate
in employee meetings that open with prayer and devotions Our Ideal Project Manager: Experienced:
Has at least 10 years of construction experience and 3 years in project management. Leadership experience is a plus. Technical:
Able to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings. Communicative:
Top-notch written and verbal communication; lead by positive influence rather than positional power Driven:
Motivated to meet project goals, work independently, take initiative, and push projects forward. Keeps an eye on deadlines, budgets, and long-term objectives. Collaborative:
Works well with crews, customers, and leadership-always contributing to a mutually collaborative, uplifting atmosphere. Humble:
Open to feedback, willing to learn, and ready to pitch in wherever needed. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Uses sound judgment, communicates clearly, and understands how to work

Consistently does the right thing-even when no one's watching. Active:
Must lift up to 80 lbs. and work in varying outdoor and indoor conditions. Computer Skills:
Proficient in Excel and Word; CRM experience preferred. SketchUp is a bonus. Detailed:
Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and honesty regarding customer service
