Your new role

Assist PMs in planning, directing, and executing construction projects to meet client and company goals.

Support forecasting and reporting for current and upcoming projects

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

1 - 3 years of experience in commercial construction. Ground-up projects in the multifamily sector is .

A degree in construction or equivalent experience.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Ability to assist with multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management software

A degree in a related field of study or professional
