Your new company Our client is an established and highly respected mid-size General Contractor with a strong track record in complex multifamily developments who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team for a major affordable housing project in San Jose. This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of a high-impact, high-visibility build serving the region’s most vulnerable seniors.

Your new role As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction of a five-story, 100+ unit affordable housing development currently in progress. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule and budget, ensuring site safety, and upholding quality standards in collaboration with a top-tier architectural team.

What you'll need to succeed 5–10 years of experience managing multifamily or Type III podium construction projects Proven ability to lead field teams and subcontractor coordination Strong communication skills and adept at working with architects, owners, and city officials Experience with affordable housing developments and public agency-funded projects is a plus
