Key Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc health management reports.
•Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality, timely reporting.
•Create benchmark data and support analytical tools using SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
•Consolidate and analyze data for business reporting and decision-making.
•Maintain data integrity and apply best practices in data stewardship.
•Identify and resolve data quality issues in partnership with relevant teams.
•Stay current with data technologies and organizational data usage.
•Provide exceptional service aligned with Lockton's values.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Insurance, or Economics.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau and Power BI preferred.
• Experience with claims data, CPT, and ICD-10 codes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to all organizational levels.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data sources, workflows, formulas, and resulting outputs.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership.
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
