Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team! This is a remote position.
Duties:
Support end-to-end (E2E) omnichannel analytics focused on monitoring and optimizing app and web performance Analyze user behavior and engagement across digital platforms, with 99% of analytics centered on web and mobile app data Leverage amplitude to access, interpret, and visualize customer data for performance tracking and insight generation Collaborate with key stakeholders on the merchandising team to evaluate the effectiveness of product placements, featured modules, and content strategies Provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall digital performance Desired Skills/Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce, or merchandising 3+ years of experience with SQL Background in technology or retail industries; QSR experience is not required Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel to track customer behavior and engagement within mobile apps and web platforms Strong understanding of data and analytics in a digital environment Able to write queries for data extraction and analysis Experience conducting A/B testing using Amplitude or similar tools Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, marketing, and merchandising teams Skilled in generating reports and delivering actionable insights based on data findings Benefits:

$48.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
