With over 50 years of experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality products through advanced manufacturing techniques and a dedicated team of professionals.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for CNC machining, assembly, and inspection.Collaborate with senior engineers and machinists to troubleshoot production issues and improve workflows.Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Support process validations and first article inspections.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives (CAPA).Contribute to lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.Apply today for immediate consideration!
