Job Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for CNC machining, assembly, and inspection.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and machinists to troubleshoot production issues and improve workflows.
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support process validations and first article inspections.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives (CAPA).
- Contribute to lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Internship, co-op, or hands-on experience in a machining or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of machining, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (NX, SolidWorks, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
