Program Coordinator

Compensation:
$22.50-24.50/hr (commensurate with education and experience) Schedule: Before School: 6:15 AM - 9:00 AM (Monday - Friday) After School: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM (Friday) Your Role Will Include: Safety & Joy:
Serve as a role model, ensuring safety protocols and joy standards are upheld. Provide clear guidance to staff and maintain up-to-date site documents for operational efficiency. Address challenges promptly and foster a collaborative team environment. Safety Assurance:
Consistently implement and communicate safety protocols to protect the well-being of all participants, while identifying and minimizing potential risks. Effective Communication:
Build meaningful relationships with families, peers, and students. Respond promptly to all inquiries during program hours, maintaining transparency and trust. Collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to achieve program goals. Documentation and Compliance:
Keep accurate records for student attendance, adhering to company policies to ensure all check-in and check-out processes are properly followed. Daily Routine:
Deliver daily activities, curriculum, and fitness fun in a safe and engaging environment for all children. We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have: Experience managing competing priorities while delivering quality service to all stakeholders. A minimum of 12 credits in college courses at the 100 level or higher. Experience working with children, including those with unique and special needs. Relevant coursework or training in child development or a related field. Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with both adults and children. The ability to model professionalism and integrity in interactions with students, parents, staff, and the community. Familiarity with Google technology software or a willingness to learn. State Requirements: Meet all state-specific requirements. First Aid and CPR certification (in-person). Clear tuberculosis test result. Proof of MMR vaccination. Food Handlers Card. Must be 18 years of age or older. A minimum of 12 credits in college courses at the 100 level or higher. Successful completion of a cleared background check with fingerprinting.
