Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice. We are seeking a Solution Architect with ADP Lyric expertise to partner with HR and Payroll leadership to drive effective system design and data alignment. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth integration and harmonization across HR and Payroll functions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR Operations Manager to evaluate and implement design options, address challenges, and drive process improvements. Partner with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate HR and Payroll data mapping for GL (General Ledger) processes. Support the harmonization of data fields and structures across HR and Payroll systems to ensure consistency and accuracy. Provide strategic guidance on ADP Lyric system configurations and integration to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience with ADP Lyric solutions and data integration. Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and GL mapping processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and business teams.
Duration:
This is a project-based consulting opportunity starting in August 2025 with an initial duration through January 2026

Level of Effort:
Full time (40 hours per week)
