Troubleshoot issues within EDL, ELNs, and Chemdraw applications
\n
Sort and route incoming requests to appropriate business units
\n
Convert reports to PDF/A for server storage
\n
Manage user access through Azure Active Directory
\n
Interface with scientists and researchers to resolve technical issues
\n
Collaborate on continuous application improvements
\n
Document issues and feedback for future upgrades
\n
