Mental Health Therapist
to provide therapeutic services to individuals in need of psychological support. This mid-level role is perfect for a licensed clinician dedicated to delivering evidence-based care, supporting emotional wellness, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards. Support clients in managing mental health conditions and improving daily functioning. Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field. Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in the state of California. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in correctional, crisis, or community-based mental health settings is a plus.
