Hyatt Place Pasadena - Night Auditor (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Hyatt Place Pasadena. This key role is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours and reconciling daily hotel revenues. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about creating a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform nightly audits of daily revenue and financial transactions Balance accounts from the day shift and run required end-of-day reports Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism Provide concierge-style assistance, including wake-up calls and special accommodations Supervise overnight hotel operations and support other departments as needed Manage and maintain all relevant documentation related to the role Answer and direct incoming calls professionally Qualifications

Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure Proficient in basic computer skills and property management systems (PMS) Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision OPERA experience is a plus Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods Must be available to work overnight shifts as scheduled Flexibility required, as hotel operations run 24/7 and schedules may vary based on business needs
