Description • Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes. • Design and implement solutions, including configurations, workflows, and integrations. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Analyze risk data to identify trends, track KPIs, and generate reports. • Provide training and support to business users. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach. • Support business continuity planning by identifying potential disruptions.
Key Responsibilities • Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes. • Design and implement generic technology solutions to meet specific business needs. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Analyze risk data to identify trends, track KPIs, and generate reports. • Provide training and support to business users on platform utilization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive risk management approach. • Manage vendor risks ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications • Strong understanding of risk management principles. • Experience with generic technology platforms, particularly risk management modules. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and develop solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001 is a plus. • Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
