Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate. As New England's largest sports and entertainment arena, TD Garden is the home of the storied NHL's Boston Bruins and NBA's Boston Celtics franchises and hosts over 200 events annually with over 3.5 million visitors.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction Lead and support team training, coaching, and performance feedback Ensure policies and procedures are upheld, providing leadership that inspires exemplary guest service Foster a culture of positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and professionally. Assist with administrative duties, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and financial oversight Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a similar upscale dining environment; previous experience with new restaurant operations, including training, motivating, and implementing systems, policies, and procedures ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and ServSafe Alcohol certifications required Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&Ls, budgeting, and inventory management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems Experience managing large-scale restaurants is a plus
