Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Applications Developer to join our global Information Systems team. This is a key technical role responsible for supporting, enhancing, and expanding the functionality of our Oracle E-Business Suite environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and bring strong PL/SQL development capabilities alongside effective collaboration and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical support and ongoing improvements to existing standard and custom Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.Support and execute new software releases, ensuring compatibility and integrity of existing systems.Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and new functionalities within Oracle EBS.Build and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI tools including XML Publisher and Discoverer.Create and manage concurrent programs and alert notifications.Conduct on-demand data extracts for business and management teams; manage data loads from external sources via Oracle APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues and application bugs.Collaborate closely with IS leads, developers, DBAs, and business users to align solutions with business requirements.Contribute to technical planning for patches, upgrades, and software deployments.Technical QualificationsExtensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) data flow and the APIs.Strong expertise in PL/SQL development and Oracle Applications architecture.Experience in Oracle coding/development standards and writing application documentation.Hands-on experience with:Oracle FormsXML PublisherConcurrent ProgramsBI reports and DiscovererOracle Form PersonalizationSolid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Interpersonal & Soft SkillsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.Clear, timely, and proactive communication.Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.Adherence to organizational culture and core company values.Flexible, adaptive, and eager to learn new technologies and methods.QualificationsBachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Oracle Applications Developer or similar technical role.Preferred Add-onsExperience with Oracle APEX and Shell scripting.Oracle APEXOracle ReportsUnderstanding of business process flows: Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Process Manufacturing.Penn Color offers many tangible and intangible benefits:Tangible benefits include:Highly competitive compensationA choice between 3 outstanding medical plans401K with a strong company matchPTO to balance your lifeAdditional company perks And More!Our intangible benefits really set us apart:Unmatched company stabilityLong-term career opportunityTrue open door, friendly environmentAbility to "own" your roleCompany events that bring us all togetherIf you desire a long-term career, want to work alongside an exceptional group of people, and wish to use your talents to shape a world-class company, then we are your employer of choice!
