St. Patrick Catholic School in Brighton, Michigan is seeking a faith-filled and mission-driven Assistant Principal to serve students and faculty in grades K-8 for the 2025-2026 school year.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Principal will collaborate closely with the Principal to provide leadership in instructional programming, faith formation, professional development, and day-to-day school operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about Catholic education, experienced in working with both students and teachers, and committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence and faithful witness.
Qualifications
Practicing Catholic in good standing and actively involved in parish life M.A. in Education or related field (Educational Leadership preferred) Michigan teaching certification (or eligible for immediate certification) Eligible for Michigan Administrative Certification Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience (elementary or middle school) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership in instructional best practices, school culture building, and restorative discipline Preferred Qualifications
Background or deep understanding of Catholic liberal arts education and experience in integrating faith across academic disciplines Ability to articulate and model a Catholic worldview through leadership and teaching Application Requirements Interested candidates should apply online and submit the following:
