Staffmark is seeking a System Integration Technician for a well-established manufacturing partner in Pomona, CA. This hands-on role is ideal for a candidate with strong PLC programming skills, electrical troubleshooting expertise, and a passion for automation. Schedule: Monday - Friday , 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What You'll Do
Program and troubleshoot PLCs/touchscreens (Allen Bradley required) Diagnose electrical systems: wiring, schematics, inverters, temp controllers Test/calibrate conveyors, blowers, and combustion equipment Train customers and write user-friendly instructions Lead junior team members and interpret blueprints Maintain reports, documentation, and update schematics (AutoCAD/E-Plan) Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lifts as needed What You Bring
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years in electrical assembly/system integration (manufacturing) PLC programming, hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion knowledge Forklift certified | Valid CA Driver's License Strong communication skills | Bilingual Spanish a plus Willing to travel up to 30% (domestic/international)
