BJC is hiring for an Administrative Fellow. We are looking for candidates with a Master's in Healthcare Administration. This is a 1 year program that will start June 2026.

The Operations Department provides support to the strategic and operational objectives of BJC Medical Group practices and is located in Town & Country.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Provides an administrative resource for the organization in terms of analytic skill for identified needs and targeted outcomes. Also provides planning for the organization and identified needs within service lines.

Responsibilities

Assists with operations of unit services and integration with other departments.

Provides input and creates effective work plans needed for the work unit.

Provides consultative support and integrates services and programs with other units or departments.

Participates in building an effective work unit through hiring, supervising and evaluating staff.
