Job Description
Analyze and interpret CRM data to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system. Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings. Assist in CRM system updates and enhancements. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics. The Successful Applicant
Required:
Strong attention to detail and experience with data cleansing Familiarity with CRM systems and data structures Prior experience in data operations or analytics roles Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce and CRM migrations Experience building out user friendly dashboards to conceptualize large sets of data Basic coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate data checks or transformations What's on Offer
