Schedule: Monday-Friday, Varies; Evenings & Weekends as needed

Program Manager
and take charge of a dynamic residential program where your leadership drives quality care, staff development, and community collaboration.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee program operations including budget management, admissions, discharges, and service planning. Serve as the key liaison for families, agencies, and community partners. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement goals. Provide ongoing training, supervision, and support to your team. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-equipped program. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree
in a
Human Services
field (ie: Psychology, Social Work, etc) Five (5) years of experience
in the field with supervisory experience of at least 4 people. Experience in supervision, budgeting, crisis intervention, assessment, and service planning. Must have experience with the ID/DD population and behavior management. A minimum of
3 years
experience in a residential setting. Must qualify as a QIDP:
To qualify as a QIDP : Must have a bachelor's degree in human services or related field and at least one year of documented experience working directly with individuals who have intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
Must have experience with individuals with physical disabilities. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualification:
Master's degree in Human Services field preferred. Physical Demands:
Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and physical care as needed. Prepared to provide intervention for behavioral challenges safely.
