About the Role The company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President to lead Global Supply Chain and Operations Support. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global supply chain strategy to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. In this high-impact position, you will: Lead supply management, supplier quality, advanced manufacturing engineering, and logistics to optimize performance. Collaborate closely with business unit leaders, manufacturing operations, and product engineering to align supply chain initiatives with overarching business goals. Create and implement strategies that position supply chain as a competitive advantage and ensure continuous process improvement. Manage a high-performing global team focused on excellence and operational success. Success in this role requires: A minimum of 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, with at least 10 years in leadership roles. A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain vision and strategy. Expertise in lean methodologies, process optimization, and automation. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong emphasis on integrity and achieving business success.
