Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. • Strong background in ERP implementations, with familiarity in key SAP ERP systems • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient team collaboration and continuous improvement. • Team Coaching: Mentor and support the development team in adopting Agile practices, encouraging self-organization and accountability. • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. • Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth workflow. • Progress Tracking: Monitor sprint progress and provide transparency on work completed, using JIRA, confluence, and report progress. • ERP Expertise: Leverage knowledge of SAP ERP systems to contribute to project requirements and functionalities, assisting in the integration of Agile methods within ERP implementations. • Risk Management: Assess project risks and develop strategies for mitigation, ensuring proactive resolution to maintain project timelines. • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and iterative improvement within the team, encouraging feedback and adapting processes as necessary.

Salary Range: $ 100,000 - $120,000 a Year
