This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our teams. Your role goes beyond filling positions- it helps drive the success of our organization by identifying top talent. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will play an important role in identifying, securing, and onboarding top talent across various roles, ensuring the strength and success of our teams.
The position of Human Resource Coordinator will focus on assisting new talent through the onboarding process and will assist in the recruiting process for entry level positions. Job responsibilities include:
Onboarding:
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for assigned new hires and rehires.
• Ensure all required prescreens, forms, documents, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist new hires in navigating the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support.
• Provide timely follow-up with new hires and hiring manager.
• Maintain accurate and organized onboarding records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews of onboarding documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Recruiting:
• Consult and partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop position specific sourcing and recruitment plans and identify viable candidate pools. Provide timely communications and feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
• Proactive identification of talent using multiple techniques, including job boards, technical college and/or trade school partnership, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs and other effective resources.
• Create and manage job posting in Paylocity recruiting system.
• Review resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews via teams.
• Provide candidate summaries to hiring managers and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Create offer letters and maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding to candidate inquiries, and completing all required requisition fields to allow accurate and timely reporting of processes.
Acquisition Support:
• Assist with onboarding processes related to acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition for newly acquired employees.
• Support data collection, verification, and documentation during acquisition integrations.
Other Duties:
• From time to time you may be asked to perform other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values.
What you need to be considered:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1 to 3 years of professional sourcing and recruitment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with Paylocity a plus.
• Experience working with Indeed a plus.
• Prior onboarding experience a plus.
