This is a senior-level, hands-on technical role responsible for the configuration, optimization, and security of enterprise systems that support the bank's infrastructure and business operations.
Responsibilities of the Senior Network Administrator:
Administer physical and virtual server environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V) Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and uptime Manage enterprise services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Lead infrastructure projects, including deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Implement and monitor IT security systems including antivirus, patching, and firewalls Collaborate across teams to align systems with business needs and compliance standards Mentor junior team members and provide technical escalation support Maintain infrastructure documentation and generate performance reports Coordinate with vendors on contracts, support, and procurement initiatives Requirements of the Senior Network Administrator: Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science Minimum 5 years of enterprise-level systems administration experience Advanced certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure, VMware VCP, CompTIA Security+) Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms Familiarity with Azure/AWS, Office 365, and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts Comfortable with after-hours support and scheduled maintenance windows Ability to balance multiple priorities while driving projects to completion Benefit Information: Medical Dental Vision Life, LTD, & AD&D Dependent Care Spending Plan (DCSA) Employer Stock Ownership Plan with 401(k) feature and company match Complimentary Banking Services Tuition Assistance Qualified candidates should apply now for the Senior Network Administrator position by submitting a resume for review.
