Project Manager – Civil Construction (Hybrid Option Available)
Based in Wisconsin – Hybrid Onsite Role (Relocation Offered)
Full-Time | $100K–$130K+ DOE | Company Vehicle + Gas Card

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage utility-focused construction projects (gas, fiber optics, electric, trenching, HDD) from planning to close-out.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, production metrics, and client deliverables.
Coordinate virtual project meetings with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Prepare and track contracts, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and billing documents.
Provide field support through periodic job site visits (less than 25% travel).
Support bid development, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
Collaborate closely with leadership including the COO and CFO to drive project and company-wide performance.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Project Management experience in construction (any trade – underground utility experience a plus, but
not required ).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction accounting/project software (e.g., Deltek ComputerEase) is a bonus.
Proven understanding of budgets, cost control, and field production.
Someone with a desire to grow in the company long-term, not seeking short-term or pre-retirement hires.
