We are a leading Commercial, Industrial, and Multifamily general contractor seeking a skilled

Project Manager

to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to our Director of Construction. In this role, you’ll drive the successful delivery of high-impact projects, overseeing all phases from pre-construction to completion while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. What You’ll Do

Manage Projects End-to-End:

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.

Budget and Schedule Oversight:

Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing risks to keep projects on track.

Coordinate Teams:

Collaborate with Project Engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure seamless field execution and project progress.

Support Pre-Construction:

Assist in bidding and estimating processes, working closely with the Director of Sales to secure projects.

Ensure Quality and Compliance:

Implement company standards for quality control and operational processes, delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Handle Documentation:

Prepare and submit accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress reports, in a timely manner.

Client Engagement:

Occasionally attend client meetings to provide updates and build strong relationships.

Problem-Solve:

Address challenges and conflicts with a solutions-oriented approach to keep projects moving forward.

What You Bring

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor, with a focus on ground-up projects.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoDesk, Microsoft Project) and standard office tools (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).

Estimating Skills:

Familiarity with conceptual and bid-spec estimating for multimillion-dollar projects with extensive site work.

Leadership:

Ability to lead and motivate project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Capacity to tackle complex challenges and deliver solutions that keep projects on track.

Organization:

Strong attention to detail to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation accurately.
