Job Description: Mayday Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator
to join our team. This role plays a critical part in delivering an excellent experience for our customers while supporting field operations and ensuring warranty processes are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service requests, scheduling, and general inquiries
Dispatch service technicians based on availability, location, and urgency of calls
Monitor the daily schedule and adjust as needed to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage warranty registration and claims process with manufacturers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission
Maintain organized records of jobs, service reports, and warranty documents
Support general office administration, including filing, data entry, and follow-up calls
Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and vendors to keep everyone informed and aligned
What We're Looking For:
Excellent phone and communication skills
Servicetitan experience is highly desirable
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or the service industry but not required
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus
