Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Lead Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Holland, MI. This position can be hybrid or fully remote.

As a Lead Customer Relationship Manager Developer you will:

Under broad supervision, lead development, installation, maintenance, and modification of Haworth's global web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, business application programs, or integrated programs, taking on several components of project or complex component of project. Maintain broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, software, and/or systems relative to high performance computing. Work beyond routine nature of tasks, utilizing specialist knowledge and technology, troubleshooting complex problems and recommending creative solutions.

Essential Functions

Define and analyze user requirements and design technical solutions. Design and architect complex software solutions. Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions. Effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance development processes. Develops, implements, tests, and maintains high-performance enterprise software and integrations to support business needs. Follows CRM strategy ensuring successful deployment to enhance value for sales teams, dealers, and suppliers through effective project management. Reviews project proposals, identifies risks, and recommends optimal solutions using technical expertise. Continuously explores new technologies and system enhancements to align tools with IS and Sales strategies. Applies analytical methods and technical knowledge to resolve user issues and produce design documentation. Provides on-call support to minimize service disruptions across global operations. Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or computer engineering Education Equivalency:

Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or, High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.

Work Experience:

7 years related experience with Bachelor's Degree

Related experience defined as designing, developing, and maintaining software, including CRM experience related to duties and responsibilities.

5 years related experience with Master's Degree

Related experience defined as designing, developing, and maintaining software, including CRM experience related to duties and responsibilities.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development experience required. Military Equivalency:https://www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military Additionally:

Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any combination of the following: Dynamics 365 Plugin Development (C#/.NET), JavaScript, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), D365 Software Development Kit (SDK)/.NET Development, Azure Machine Learning, Power Automate, Kingswaysoft, Logic Applications, enterprise Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), and/or third party/Independent Software Vendor (ISV) product preferred. #LI-CD1
