Lead Dynamics CRM Developer - Holland, MI (Hybrid or Remote)
We are currently looking for a Lead Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Holland, MI. This position can be hybrid or fully remote. As a Lead Customer Relationship Manager Developer, you will: Lead the development, installation, maintenance, and modification of Haworth's global web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related applications. Work on complex components of projects, troubleshoot issues, and recommend innovative solutions, utilizing your specialist knowledge and staying abreast of the latest technologies. Essential Functions
Define and analyze user requirements and design technical solutions. Design and architect complex software solutions. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions. Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders. Evaluate emerging technologies to improve development processes. Develop, implement, test, and maintain high-performance enterprise software and integrations. Ensure CRM strategies are followed to support sales teams, dealers, and suppliers through effective project management. Review project proposals, identify risks, and recommend solutions. Explore new technologies and system enhancements to align with company strategies. Apply analytical methods and technical knowledge to resolve user issues and produce documentation. Provide on-call support to minimize service disruptions. Perform all essential functions with or without accommodations. Use office automation and communication tools as used in Haworth's environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computers and Electronics Critical Thinking Quality Control Analysis Negotiation Administration and Management Programming Systems Evaluation Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering. Equivalent education/experience: Associate's degree + 2 years, or high school diploma + 4 years related experience. Work Experience: 7+ years related experience with a Bachelor's degree, including designing, developing, and maintaining software, especially CRM. 5+ years related experience with a Master's degree. Military experience is considered equivalent:
