Responsibilities We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our Salesforce team! In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that support approximately 900 users across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering Service, Finance, and Customer Operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, mentor team members, and stay current with the evolving Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with strategic goals

Design and document scalable, secure Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms

Lead integration efforts with external systems using tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, and Informatica

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts

Develop and maintain best practices, governance policies, and standards for Salesforce development and integration

Create prototypes and visual models to support requirements gathering and stakeholder decision-making

Optimize and manage Salesforce process flows, automation, and data models

Support project activities related to customizations, enhancements, and deployments

Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends

Review existing solutions and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

10+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, or Service Clouds

Salesforce Designer and/or Architecture certifications preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of sales operations, order management, and customer service processes

Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, and Flow automation

Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration best practices

Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable technical solutions and proof of concepts

Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effective relationship-building and interpersonal communication abilities

Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce innovations
