As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your insights and recommendations will help align the ERP platform with organizational goals, improving business efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.•You'll contribute by:o Driving requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.o Identifying process improvement opportunities across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.o Ensuring business needs are reflected in system design, testing, and deployment.o Enabling smooth adoption through strong documentation and training support.How Would You Accomplish This? Promote Safety as the Number One Priority of all Lucas employees. Function as liaison between business units and the IT organization. Conducts business requirement gathering sessions to effectively scope system application and/or data reporting designsBuild and maintain strong relationships with business process owners.Translate business requirements into concise and accurate functional specification documentation including process flow maps, wire-frame UX, and testing requirementsPerform functional unit testing (FUT) activities to ensure new or modified application is operating per design.Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are metSupport strategic application portfolio management including issue resolution, testing, release documentation and training roll out to end users of all new or modified enterprise applications and BI reportingProvides functional and technical support to all end users for troubleshooting issues and errors reported through the ITMS ticketing system for business applications.Support issue resolution for application or end user errors in all enterprise software applications including but not limited to ERP, CRM, BI, MS Power PlatformUtilize Business Intelligence tools to design, create, test, and deploy self-service reports, dashboards and score cards.Create rigorous test plans and performs testing and validation of underlying data for all analytics prior to publishing.Interacts with stakeholders, customers, and integration team to design, implement and maintain builds that follow agile methodology for all application lifecycles.Participates in change and release management activities for new releases Creates and maintains all relative change management documentation including but not limited to functional designs, emergency change requests, configuration, function unit tests, and user acceptance tests.Prepares end-user documentation and provides training for all system changes, modifications, or system upgrades.Participates in strategic meetings, Gemba, or kaizens to add system guidance for new business process improvements requiring IT supportPerform other duties as assigned. What Are We Looking For? •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field 2+ years' experience as a business systems analyst2+ years' experience with Microsoft AX, Microsoft D365 F&O, Microsoft D365 CE2+ years' experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerPivot, PowerBI)•Exposure with the following technologies is preferred: AzureDevOps, JIRA, Active Directory Services, SQL Server, Microsoft.NET, & Office 365, ITMS, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint•Working knowledge of MS D365 platform including F&O, CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate, Power BI•Working knowledge of SQL queries and dimensional data warehouse models and patterns•Working knowledge of data mining principles, predictive analytics, mapping, and collecting data from multiple sources•Knowledge of software project implementation methodologies (agile, waterfall), solution asset requirements and scrum.•Capable in tabular data modelling and DAX to design high-performing reports and optimize the underlying data structures•Business acumen preferably within manufacturing sector.
