What You'll Do:
Maintain Floors & Walking Surfaces - Clean, sanitize, mop, and buff all flooring in resident rooms, hallways, lounges, dining areas, and medical spaces. Operate Specialized Equipment - Use floor machines, buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuums to ensure all surfaces are properly maintained. Event Setup & Takedown - Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment for events and classes, ensuring smooth transitions for community activities. Trash Removal & Facility Upkeep - Ensure timely removal of waste and maintain an orderly environment. Snow & Safety Support - Assist with snow removal to keep walkways and entrances clear and safe. Collaborate & Cross-Train - Support laundry and housekeeping teams as needed to ensure seamless facility operations. Qualifications You Bring:
Required: Less than a high school education or up to one month of related experience/training (or equivalent combination). Ability to read service manuals, follow directions, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions and completing work orders.
