Toppan Photomasks Round Rock
Lithography Engineer I
The candidate will spend time in engineering job functions associated with the mask-making process. This includes time working on shift with operations to support the manufacturing processes. Job responsibilities include monitoring the process inputs/equipment /outputs and implementing improvement plans to maximize output (high utilization and low cycle time) and meet quality requirements. The candidate will interface with operations and maintenance and facilities to accomplish this. The candidate will be responsible for identifying best practices, documenting them and standard operating procedures.
Equipment maintenance activities including trouble shooting electromechanical systems and performing preventative maintenance on lithography tools.
Analyze tool telemetry parameters and performance data (and assist in developing plans to improve yield and throughput) Knowledge / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or Chemistry/Physics preferred. Master's degree considered a plus.
3+ years of hands on semiconductor (wafer or photomask) experience
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), data management and data analysis
Knowledge of Quality system (CP, FMEA, 8D...)
Skills:
Experience with DVM, oscilloscope
Familiarity with electromechanical schematics
Ability to work independently
Ability to work well with teams
Ability to analyze data and develop actions
Root cause investigation and problem solving
Clarity in oral and written communication
Technical writing experience
Ability to provide technical guidance
Experience with MS Office Suite
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming skills preferred
