Context Join a dynamic global team supporting the Fidessa application, a key platform used by traders, sales, and middle office on the trading floor. This role offers exposure to both business and technology within equity derivatives and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide in a follow-the-sun support model. Key Responsibilities Manage software releases, configuration, monitoring, and support of all production components of the Fidessa system. Develop and maintain system scripts and automation tools to optimize operations. Ensure system availability, performance, and capacity through proactive incident and problem management. Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues in a high-pressure financial environment. Collaborate with global development and support teams across multiple locations. Work closely with traders, sales, developers, and quantitative analysts on the trading floor. Stay up-to-date with DevOps trends to improve deployment and monitoring processes. Mentor team members and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing. Technical Environment UNIX/Linux and Windows system administration and shell scripting. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., ITRS, Geneos, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus. Direct experience with Fidessa enterprise systems is highly desirable. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services or related technology support. Seniority level
