Databricks / AWS Developer

Contract
job with a client in
Boston, MA (4 days onsite). The ideal candidate will have IT experience, including hands-on development using Databricks on AWS, with strong expertise in big data engineering, PySpark, and cloud integration.
Rate Range:
$45.45/hour to $49.24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Databricks / AWS Developer job responsibilities include:
Design and develop scalable data engineering pipelines using Databricks on AWS. Leverage Java, J2EE, and Python to build and integrate cloud-based solutions. Work with Spark technologies and PySpark for big data processing and transformation. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and transformation. Collaborate in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. Apply DevOps best practices using tools like Jenkins and Git for CI/CD automation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Databricks and AWS cloud development. Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Python, PySpark, and SQL. Solid understanding of Spark-based data engineering and cloud integration. Pay Details:
$45.45 to $49.24 per hour
