is seeking a highly detail-oriented and mission-focused data analyst with the data software experience to delivery reports, awareness dashboards and assessment to Senior OSD Leadership, This multi-faceted Acatoin officer position supports the
HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate
within the
Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) .
In this pivotal role, you will transform complex data into high-level insight with visualization products and supporting assessment report. You'll be responsible for preparing and staffing Congressional reports on sensitive DOD operations. Derived decision making materials with data analytics, visual presentations and data-driven assessment serve to inform policy, guide oversight, and influence strategic decision-making at the highest levels of government.
From building data dashboards to forecast operational impacts to facilitating the Sensitive Activities Executive Council, your work will help shape the narrative and focus of DOD's HUMINT and Sensitive Activities program. Work Location Pentagon - Arlington, VA Key Responsibilities & Success Factors
Executive-Level Reporting & Analysis Lead the preparation and staffing of classified DoD quarterly reports and briefings on sensitive activities, delivering comprehensive insights to Congress and Executive Branch Senior Leaders. Manage the end-to-end reporting lifecycle: collection, synthesis, editing, review, approval, production, and secure delivery. High-Level Meeting Support & Coordination
Orchestrate key meetings and working groups, including the Sensitive Activities Executive Council (SA-EXCON). Prepare and distribute strategic materials-agendas, attendee rosters, read-ahead packages, and minutes-to support decision-makers. Data Analytics & Visualization Leadership
Analyze complex, large-volume data sets to identify operational trends and inform strategic decisions. Design and maintain cutting-edge data visualization dashboards (e.g., Kibana) to support data-driven oversight and performance forecasting. Methodological Innovation
Apply advanced statistical techniques and identify methodologies to uncover insights within structured and unstructured classified datasets. Strategic Intelligence Support
Contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of DoD policy, strategy, and legislative guidance related to sensitive activities. Maintain historical archives and documentation supporting compliance, policy development, and legislative reporting. Cross-Agency Collaboration
Partner with senior government officials and cross-functional teams to produce high-impact analysis and briefings. Ensure DoD leadership and Congressional staff receive accurate, timely, and actionable information. Education & Minimum Qualifications U.S. Citizenship
and
Active TS/SCI Clearance
required Associate Degree
minimum (Bachelor's preferred) At least
1 year of experience
producing classified reports and briefings within DoD or the Intelligence Community (IC) Minimum
1 year of experience
utilizing data analysis tools to produce visualized, actionable reports Experience preparing reports and briefings for
Congressional or Executive-level audiences Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written communication skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
