ECS is seeking an experienced

Senior Program Manager

to join our team in managing the execution of the Naval Aviation Family of Systems (FoS) project located in

Coronado, CA .

Please Note:

This position is contingent upon contract award.

The successful candidate will work with Program Managers and users at various Naval Aviation Commands and lead multiple sub-project teams concurrently. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned project manager with strong experience in naval aviation, government contracting, and budget management.

*10+ years of relevant work experience required*

Desired Education:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Master's degree in Information Systems Management or Computer Science Experience through an organizational position managing a project similar in scope to the SHARP FoS, supported by a bachelor's degree in:

IT or related field Systems management Engineering Mathematics or scientific-related field Business administration

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple sub-project teams concurrently to execute the FoS project Manage project financials, including budgeting and cost control Translate naval aviation user and product owner inputs into definable project management requirements Work with Program Managers and users at various Naval commands to identify requirements and execute tasking Capture government requirements and convey them to support teams and the government Ensure successful execution of the project, including meeting deadlines and budget targets Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000
