Train and cross train employees along with the ability to operate any machine. Essential Job Functions and AccountabilitiesMonitors the manufacturing activities in molding area. Ensure that the production is maintained in accordance with the time schedules, quality standards and employee safetyAbility to teach, guide and communicate with others. Interact effectively with various levels of professionals in the organization effectively. Good written communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Ability to resolve any processing issuesInterpret safety guidelines and policies of organization to workers. Communicate with Engineering/QC about quality or product related items.Ability to directly set up, adjust specification of various machines.Performs multiple machine operation and assist other operators and production personnel effectively. Operate all material handling equipment both manual and powered. Use gauges and measuring instruments and perform quality inspection on all parts and components. Maintains accurate records. Recognizes equipment malfunction and report to supervision. Maintains neat and orderly work areas and equipment.
