Core Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field 3+ years of safety, health, and environmental engineering and/or leadership Experience interacting with and training plant labor regarding environmental and safety practices Preferred Requirements: Master's degree in a related field This position will be responsible for the site's environmental, health, and safety strategy. This position will be responsible for policy management, regulatory compliance, and incident response. The Safety Manager will work with plant leadership to build a strong safety culture and create an environment that fosters the physical well-being of employees.
