We seek an Operations Specialist to ensure our program operates smoothly. You'll manage client interactions and oversee our Educational Support Specialists. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication, adaptability, and self-motivation. This is a growth opportunity within a mission-driven organization. Responsibilities include: Exhibit professional, caring communication respecting diverse backgrounds Develop program goals, policies, and processes to meet objectives Manage client intake, assessment, and evaluation processes Provide program updates and reports to staff and stakeholders Collaborate to identify and overcome barriers to client success Identify trends and improve operational processes Anticipate and resolve operational risks and issues Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of staff Coordinate with the Bookkeeping Specialist on financial goals Stay informed on industry regulations and trends Support the organizations mission and values *This role involves remote and in-person work, with occasional travel. Candidates must perform job duties with or without accommodations.
