Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Foster collaboration within and between cross-functional teams, promoting communication and transparency; facilitate discussions and decision-making to drive project success. Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress; proactively address challenges to ensure the team can deliver value without disruption. Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team; encourage reflection, feedback, and adoption of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics; provide visibility into performance and support data-driven decisions. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog; ensure alignment with business goals. Provide training and coaching on Agile principles; mentor team members in Agile methodologies and support their growth. Guide the development of an Agile team into an effective delivery unit with a sustainable cadence. Ensure the team's process evolves within organizational guidelines and standards. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or equivalent, with 10+ years of relevant work experience and 3 years at the same company. Excellent communication skills; able to gain respect from the team, stakeholders, and management. Support and guide continuous improvement of the team, products, and processes. Ability to identify and facilitate quick resolution of problems, impediments, and dysfunctions. Experience in nurturing high-performing, self-organizing teams through servant leadership and mentoring. Conflict resolution skills through arbitration, negotiation, or escalation. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, skills, and other factors. This role offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' PTO eligibility varies.
