As a Data Engineer in the Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines to collect, process, and structure tracking data from mobile games and applications. Your work will directly support our Business Intelligence (BI) tools and AI/ML models, enabling smarter analytics and more personalized user experiences.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data warehouses to support product analytics and operations Collect and integrate data from multiple sources: game/app tracking, user events, marketing platforms, internal databases Manage databases (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.) ensuring data is clean, synced, scalable, and accessible Collaborate with Data Analysts & AI Engineers to support data queries, dashboards, AI/ML pipelines, and internal tools Monitor and operate daily data systems, troubleshoot issues when they arise Optimize query performance and uphold data security best practices 3. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields 12 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or similar role Solid understanding of data structures, relational & non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery) Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, with experience handling large datasets Strong foundation in data pipelines, ETL, and data warehouse design Preferred: knowledge of user behavior tracking systems (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust) Skills Hands-on experience with large-scale data frameworks: Apache Flink, Apache Beam, Apache Spark Comfortable with streaming platforms: Kafka, Google Pub/Sub Experience with modern data warehouses: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse Familiar with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and orchestration tools like Airflow, dbt Familiar with BI tools (Looker, Superset, Metabase, Tableau) and experience supporting AI training pipelines is a big plus Experience with Vertex AI is a plus Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and security best practices Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize query performance Effective team collaboration, especially with Data Analysts, AI Engineers, and Product Managers Excellent time management and task prioritization Detail-oriented, responsible with data and systems Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements Growth mindset and willingness to adopt new technologies Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Long-term commitment and desire to specialize in data engineering 4.
