We wildly reduce the cost of capital by using technology to easily tap into peoples assets. Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get. Who are we? We are a well-capitalized (over $250MM in equity funding) team of technology (Square, Microsoft, Facebook) and finance (Discover, CapitalOne, Goldman Sachs) executives with top-tier investors Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Max Levchin, NYCA, Sequoia, SciFi VC, Caffeinated Capital, etc. Our team includes people who have built: Financial products (Square/CashApp, the earliest CapitalOne credit cards) Technology infrastructure (Visual Studio, Windows & Azure, helped design the C++ & C# languages) Mathematics & science infrastructure (computational research at NASAs JPL) We are missionaries who like to work hard on important problems and build products that become infrastructure for society. Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter & Admin to join our team and support our full-cycle recruiting efforts under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying top talent, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Youll also provide light executive support, including calendar coordination and occasional travel arrangements for leadership team members. Responsibilities Work under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines to maintain a steady pool of qualified applicants. Conduct resume reviews, initial phone screens, and coordinate interview panels; assess candidates for skill set, culture fit, and long-term potential. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between executives and cross-functional teams. Assist with scheduling internal meetings, interviews, and occasional travel arrangements for executives or leadership team members as needed Qualification 4+ years of experience Have a bachelor's degree Ability to take the lead with very little supervision after being taught Effectively executes tasks based on given instructions Identifies potential gaps in support and proactively inquires if additional help is needed Highly responsive on SMS and Email Aven is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
