Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Licensure: Active California RN license at hire. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire. Preferred: PALS (AHA) and ANCC certification in a related practice area. Experience: Minimum 5 years in patient care delivery. At least 5 years in business operations, clinical health care, or a related field. Minimum 4 years in a leadership role.
