That is why we need you, an experienced Action Officer who can analyze every aspect of your customers operations and provide high-quality support.

As part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), helping to support the execution of advanced government-funded research and development programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. Leverage experience and expertise to provide strategic assessments of new developments in support of senior ARPA-H decision makers. Maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assisting with the management of current programs, and facilitating the commercialization of successfully developed technologies.

You'll serve as an Action Officer helping clients create and execute office processes and track and complete Agency and office-level actions. You will be responsible for managing incoming requirements, facilitating engagements within offices and across the Agency, and being readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission's success.

What Youll Work On

Track all office-level assignments, including taskers, briefs, and other deliverables Proactively identify blockers and work with Office leadership to develop strategies to minimize or mitigate those blockers Work with office leadership on a strategy for accomplishing Office goals Assist with briefing materials and documents Track important milestones or actions Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, and client implications Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in various sectors

You Have

10+ years of experience in a professional work environment Experience in monitoring deliverables, allocating resource needs, and project work plans for federal clients Experience in interacting and communicating with senior-level executives Experience with using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to identify and manage client expectations, develop clear objectives and deadlines, and communicate tasks on behalf of agency leadership Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks appropriately Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Masters degree

Experience working in an ARPA organization Experience with U.S. government health organizations Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively Ability to pay strict attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, detail oriented, and strong organizational and time management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
