JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Java Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in software architecture and development, with a deep understanding of Java 11 and related technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust solutions while collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software products.
Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java Full Stack technologies. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams on best practices and architectural standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Mandatory Skills:
Proficient in Java 11 and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.). Strong experience with front end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Expertise in RESTful API design and development. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.). Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience with DevOps practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture. Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
