Job Title: Senior Full Stack Architect REMOTE Opening. US Citizen, or Greencard Holders only-Sorry client does not offer sponsorship Salary of Range of $150K to $160K Overview: A technology-driven consulting firm is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Full Stack (Java) Architect for a high-impact engagement within the financial services sector, specifically supporting a client in the consumer lending space. This role combines full-stack development leadership with architectural strategy and close collaboration across business and technical teams. This position requires someone who thrives in modern, complex environments—someone who can contribute code, define systems, mentor developers, and integrate next-gen solutions like AI tools into scalable applications. Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems across front-end, back-end, and cloud layers. Act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding developers and enforcing engineering best practices. Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs through close collaboration with product owners and analysts. Set and enforce coding standards through reviews and shared practices. Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Design and build modern web and mobile interfaces using Angular 14+, React, and potentially Flutter or React Native. Develop backend APIs and services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and SQL. Integrate AI/ML technologies into applications to support intelligent automation or analytics. Ensure all solutions are secure, performant, and scalable in an Azure cloud-hosted environment. Support mobile strategy and architecture using Kotlin or cross-platform tools. Required Experience: 10+ years in full-stack development roles. Deep hands-on expertise with: SQL Node.js Angular 14+ and React Proven success architecting and launching enterprise-grade applications. Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with: Kotlin for Android Working knowledge of AI/ML integration or platforms. Background in retail finance, lending, or related financial service domains. Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset. Technically credible, hands-on, and able to lead by example. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
