Join an innovative Agile development team as a
Senior Software Engineer,
building security and information management applications. You'll lead efforts to design and develop full-featured, browser-based applications using React and Node.js, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
What you'll do:
Design and develop front-end user interfaces and back-end APIs/database models for enterprise-grade web applications. Lead and mentor Agile teams while driving improvements to existing systems and architecture. Integrate applications with third-party systems, sensors, and hardware (e.g., video, robotics, access control). Oversee full SDLC, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Optimize application performance across both Windows and Linux environments. Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet business and IT goals. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of software development experience with proven expertise in
ReactJS
and
Node.js . Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred), REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Docker, containerized deployment, and cross-platform (Windows/Linux) environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding Agile teams. Experience integrating third-party systems (e.g., sensors, drones, robotics) is a plus.
