Pay Range: $67 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates, and the business. Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments. Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills; UI DESIGNING, FIGMA, Accessibility Design, Mobile Apps design (IOS and Android) Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience) 2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education) Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards Excellent time and issue management skills Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback. Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity A strong passion for improving people's lives through design.
